When a professional player hits a certain level in their game it’s more than just natural talent that keeps them on top. This goes for leaders as well, once they hit a certain level, continued success comes more from building relationships and trust than from performance. 

Leadership requires the ability to motivate, delegate, and effectively handle the personalities, attitudes and drama of your team members, peers and bosses. These “people” challenges are stress inducers that waste time and energy. The truth is that most leaders I encounter do not have the mental fitness to deal with human behaviors (including their own).

If you are struggling and/or unhappy in your role and want to “win” at leadership, a coach like me can serve as an objective sounding board and guide you in developing the habits and mindset needed to achieve career success and happiness. 

Where do I start?

Whether you’re coming to me as a private client or your company is providing coaching, I suggest starting with my 8-week coaching program. During our sessions, we will together to build a lasting mental fitness framework.

How does it work?

During your sessions, you will learn strategies and techniques specific to your unique challenges and opportunities.

Engagement: My initial 8-week coaching package includes eight 50-minute (phone) sessions held every, or every other, week. You will also have access to me for emergencies and quick coaching via email throughout your coaching contract. 

Resources: I will provide exercises and tools as well as suggested reading and listening to deepen your understanding of the concepts we cover in our sessions.

Leadership Enneagram Assessment: Included in every 8-week package.

What do I have to do?

Show up with an open mind and a desire to learn and make changes that will enable you to achieve results. This is an opportunity to break old habits that may be holding you back, so the more open you are, the faster you will experience results.
